Located in the Road's End area of Lincoln City, this charming home has great views of the ocean and is only one-half block to the beach access! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has room for up to 8 guests. With two of the bedrooms on the main living level, the home is perfect for those who cannot easily navigate stairs.

The ambiance of the home is warm, comfortable and rich. Beautiful, dark hardwood floors enhance the special ambiance of the home, as does the cozy gas fireplace in the living room and the large bank of ocean view windows. The kitchen has all you will need to cook up a quick vacation meal, or if you prefer to entertain guests, you'll be pleased to know it is easy to do from this kitchen. Gas range, stainless steel appliances and pantry makes your meal prep easy as can be. With dining for 8 guests, everyone will enjoy their ocean view dining experience any time of day!

In addition to the living room, kitchen and dining are, the main level of the home has a guest room with a queen size bed TV and DVD player. The second room, on the main level has a large flat panel TV, DVD player, large side chair and a table for puzzling or fun games. The bath on the main level has a tub/shower combination. With Cable TV, CD player and Wireless Internet Access the home has all your electronics needs covered.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms and another bathroom. Each bedroom has terrific ocean views, seating, and king size beds as well as a private TV and DVD player in each room. The hall bath has a tub shower combination.

Outdoor living space is a premium feature of this home, with an ocean view deck, gas BBQ, and a hot tub, you will find yourself enjoying the summer sunsets, spring rainbows and winter views.

Please note: There is room for 3 vehicles to park at this home. One directly in front of the home, and two on the West side of the deck. There is no on-street parking allowed. ?Quiet hours? are between 7:00pm and 7:00am
